- Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), and others that have served in and for the IDF, continues to implement the genocidal policies of the Israeli government.
- Their actions, which have been documented in open sources. i.e. official reports from international organisations, news accounts and social media, led to the International Court of Justice implementing on 26 January 2024, provisional measures to preserve the rights of the Palestinians in Gaza and requiring that the Palestinians be protected from acts of genocide and other acts prohibited under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Genocide Convention).
